Body Analyst

For a long time, I saw myself as a collection of pieces borrowed from other people.

My choices were not truly mine. They were made to keep the peace, fill voids, and be the cure for wounds that weren’t even mine.

In doing so, I lost my own voice. Every decision was based on the needs of the moment, not on what I truly wanted.

The search for self-knowledge has always been a part of me. But the confusion of not understanding myself—and not being understood—took up most of my life.

Then, I discovered body analysis and realised I didn’t need to diminish myself to fit into boxes designed by others. Instead, I found my own shape. I understood why I felt the way I did. I used the tools and resources within me to face my struggles with clarity.

knowing myself was—and still is—the greatest investment of my life. I learned to respect myself and to respect the individuality of others. In doing so, I found the freedom to be who I truly am.

This knowledge has brought me peace. It brought together the pieces of me that had been scattered in other people’s hands to make me whole. Today, I live in alignment with my true essence.

I am not just part of the story.

I am the protagonist of my own life.

And now, I am ready to guide those who seek self-knowledge based on their personality, helping them understand the origins of their fears and use their own resources, embracing the power to live with lightness.

Because I know the burden of not knowing yourself—and the freedom that comes when you finally do.
